Here is an idea for this site — how about we DON’T praise fascists because in the 5 years they have been in congress enabling fascism they decided to do the right thing ONCE and ONLY ONCE?
How about we don’t praise someone who voted against ANY VOTING REFORM including the John Lewis voting rights act?
You know, the voting rights that are under massive attack by EVERY riech wing rethug state. She is for voter id’s (of course), she would LOVE to see voting end on the day of the election (none of this last minute shit — you know like absentee voting) and of course she is against “ballot harvesting”— you know, where groups collect ballots for people who can’t physically vote and get those votes to the ballot box?
How about we don’t praise someone who co-signed a bill to investigate President Biden’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal?
You know, the withdrawal that was the most successful airlift in history? The withdrawal that was STARTED UNDER TRUMP and Biden just kept it going? The withdrawal that stopped an occupation in a foreign country, that had no mission statement or end goal and that cost the taxpayers over 2 TRILLION dollars over 20 years?
How about we don’t praise someone who voted WITH donald trump 93% of the time (whoops, I always thought it was 94%- HUGE difference — NOT).

She voted against plans for preventing work place violence (which is hilarious given the circumstances) against social and health care workers.
She voted against the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020
She voted against $3 trillion package in response to the coronavirus pandemic
She voted against regulation of chemicals by the EPA
She voted against letting the government negotiate on drug prescription prices
How about we don’t praise someone who has called members of the democratic party “the party of anti-Semitism, the party of infanticide, the party of socialism”

liz cheney is ONE HUNDRED PERCENT HER FATHER IN A GODDAMN DRESS and the fact that there are NUMEROUS diaries on this site praising her is disgusting. dick cheney is an absolute WAR CRIMINAL — he along w/ bush, powell, rice, yoo, et al; engaged in TORTURE of prisoners of war, he lied us into a war against a nation that had not attacked us, a nation that did not have weapons of mass destruction, and was of absolutely NO threat to the United States. And liz cheney would make sure we could do it all again if a rethug wanted to.
So, NO I am not going to stop yelling at people who disagree w/ me — there is NOTHING to disagree w/, she is a fucking snake and deserves to be treated as such. She absolutely does NOT deserve praise for trying to help the dems stop the monster she herself created.
Last time I checked, this site is for electing more and better democrats and cheney ain’t EITHER of those.
